PART 2
Taka: We’ve discussed this just now but this was a song where ryota and tomoya debated a lot on, whether we should release it or not. Well the sounds changed and for the first time ever, we even had the gorgeous CG and the impression. Well we did it, we even had dirt on.
Ryo: Yeah we colored a lot on our face didn’t we?
Tomo: Well we did a lot of things we didn’t do before,
Ryo: yeah
Toru: the situation was new too right?
*Sorry, ryota and toru was mumbling here so I’m not sure*
Toru: my footing was not stable so.
Ryo: oh ya! You fell once right!
Toru: Yes I think I fell a few times. I seriously fell at least 2 times.
Ryo: That one time you really fell.
Toru: I honestly fell that one time didn’t I
Ryo: it was such a level that we stopped filming right.
Taka: I told you that you were going to fall before you even fell
Toru: you see…that one was really slippery!
Taka: I said he were going to fall and he really fell
Ryo: I looked at him for a second and saw his face on the ground
[Narration] One O Krock, talk about allbum –Jinseixboku= . The next theme is the member’s favorite song.
Taka: well I like all the songs.
Tomoya: I think for me it’s ‘Onion’.
Ryo: Ahh onion.
Tomoya: When I play it my tension goes up.
Taka: it’s difficult right
Toru: that one (He’s referring to the tension)  will definitely go up.
Tomo: that part where there was just the instruments.  To match it, it was really difficult.
Ryo: But at the live you would go hard at it right.
Tomo: Yea, it would look cool right?
Ryo: it’s unbelievable. When –you didn’t see him hitting (the drums)?
Taka: No I didn’t
Ryo: it was quite/really cool
Taka: ah really?
Ryo: cuz you stopped the first time right
Tomo: cuz my legs couldn’t move
Ryo: Cuz though he was the one playing the drums, he said didn’t know and stopped in the studio.
Taka: What about you, ryota.
Ryo: eh for me, I think it’s ‘all mine’.
Ryo: though I didn’t participate in this song,
Toru: *laughing* didn’t participate
Ryo: yes, though I didn’t participate, but among the ballads I heard, this was good.
Toru: it relaxes you right
Ryo: It calms me down
Toru: Play it when you are in the bath
Ryo: Yea, on the shower and play the song,
Toru: Blast it in another room then go to the shower
Ryo: Yea, blast it in another room
Toru: then leave the door open to go into the shower right?
Ryo: yea yea
Taka: Then you fall asleep right
Ryo: yea yea
Taka: you’ll fall sick
Taka: What about you toru?
Toru: what would it be for me….i think if its based on sound, it would the ‘inizoneno’  riff of ending story. When I heard it, I felt comfortable.
Toru: back from when we were recording, I imagined that this part would feel comfortable during the live and I played it with that thought. Well after that, (i) told john and from there when it came back, it became a sound that I liked. When I hear that part, my (tension) increases.
Ryo: ahh I see
Toru: even in memory I really like the mood/sound of it.
Taka: for me it would be ‘be the light’
Taka: we got our engineer to get in contact with engineer chris lord-algae and completed a song. I was very happy.  Growing up we listened to green day
Toru: Yeah we did
Taka: For us, to have the same engineer to mix our song and getting the song back was really amazing.
Taka: well to me, this song was really memorable. It was a really amusing video.
Toru: Yeah
Taka: taking all in one shot
Tomo: Yeah
Taka: well its not in one shot but it felt like it
Toru & tomo & taka: one cut
Toru: There were quite a number of cameras and monitors
Ryo: that was something not everyone could do
Toru: there was quite a lot of calculations done (in the making of the video)
Taka: but we did have a similar ‘one cut’ video didn’t we. ‘a wa su mi su’ was definitely one cut but it was different right.
Taka: the atmosphere was different too. In terms of that it was..it felt like it matched the built of the song. That’s what I thought.
Toru: yes. That’s true.
Taka: a new feeling.
Toru: yeah..the song itself had a lot of feelings. The music video was like a ‘plus’ (extra). I hoped that we could get our feelings across. That’s what I really thought.
[Narration] From next month, the one O krock who’s already confirmed what may be their career’s biggest arena tour. What are their thoughts towards that tour and what are their future plans.
Taka: We feel that doing an arena tour at this timing is a really fantastic thing. At this timing, we want to give our all in this arena tour right?
Taka: for me I think an album and a tour are parallel more than ever now. So for jinseixboku= and jinseixkimi=, having this two theme its not like we say it cuz its trendy but its seeing us perform on stage our 100% and feel something and go to a direction and stick to that direction and eventually get an answer –then it feels like  our arena tour has some meaning to it I think.
Ryo: recently or rather we haven’t been doing any live haven’t we.  We’ve been only composing so it feels like after a long time since being rowdy and the audience’s warmth. I haven’t seen that in a while
Toru: So you are excited for that right.
Ryo: yes im excited. That switch –cuz we’ve been holed up until now so it felt like we’re finally showing up. So, I would like to show (this feeling) 100%. If I could show a more cooler performance then before  that would be awesome I think. I’m also looking forward to the next album.
Taka: yes we want to faster create our new album. We want to keep making them right.
Ryo: I think that after we finish ‘yokohama arena’ we most likely will go places to do lives. We’ll kepe having things.
Toru: well we have a lot of things, but after clearing them one by one we’ll see our next chance so im excited.
Ryo:because we have to make it better than this album right
Taka: well that right
Ryo: It’s always been that way right. So its kind of exciting for the next..
Toru: How it would be right
Ryo/Tomo: can’t even imagine it right
[After the Filming]
Toru: Doing this as four.
Taka: it was embarrassing right! On the other hand, it was embarrassing
Ryo: because Tomo kept his mouth shut the whole way!!
Tomo: I didn’t know how I should talk
Toru: well that’s true.
Taka: well it was embarrassing.

One ok rock Interview Part 1 'Jinseixboku=' (MTV)

Hi!
This video was from a long time ago but I just got around to finish translating it. Though its not embedded into the video, i hope you would enjoy them!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Taka: How is it?
Tomo: This kind of feeling is slightly new isn’t it?
Ryo: because for me I keep listening to it at home.
Taka: the album?
tom: I also listen too
Tomo: I think so far, in all the albums we've made this is my most favorite. it’s an album I’m proud of. Do you listen to it at home?
Toru: Yes I do, I think among the others I've listen to this album more times.
Ryo: for me when I reach home I’ll just play (the disc)
Ryo: are you-
Taka: for me I don't listen to it much anymore
Ryo: oh! You’re not listening to it anymore?!
Taka: but it’s an album I listen to the most.
Ryo: I might really like it. This album

[Narration] MTV one O krock Talk about album. JinseiX boku= . One O Krock that has recently released an album, all the members are to about their new creation.
Taka: it’s not because it was a trend that we did it but...
[Narration] For the first theme, (they) are to speak about the album tittle

Taka: The tittle is a motto I have in life. JinseiXkakete boku ha (I am made up of the life I risk). This thing called life, it’s something that starts when we are born but there are people who live a short life and there are others who live a long life. But this thing called life, we should have fun with it, expand it. This kind of message was what I wanted to put across. For me I put my 100% in music and this band and that could be what inspired me on the contrary, it’s not all about me but like "what about you?" it’s more of a question. It’s for the listeners to find it themselves and listen to these songs would make us happy. This time, well so far we have had a lot of tittles; this one has the deepest meaning.

Toru: yeah with one look and you will know. Well, our feelings for that is all the same. The meaning of the tittle and the songs built upon that tittle.
Ryo: well even for me I immediately knew too so..
Toru: Huh?
Ryo: Mori-chan always has a back meaning to the tittles right and I would always wander what it would mean
Toru: it’s simple right? Straight away right
Ryo: yeah this time it was straight (away)
Taka: it’s been weird tittles since the last time right
Toru: yeah
Taka: compared to those, it isn’t even stylish right?

[Clock Strikes MV.]
For this video, I already had an image fo it and told the director I wanted it this way. Well normally it is like that, but this time my image (for this video) was stronger. That set. That situation was just like that when we reached there.

Ryo: Cuz it was the same as what we imagined right?
Toru: Among what we have done, this was one that didn’t change or rather wasn’t fancy.
Taka: all we did was just sing
Toru: yeah. It was quite simple.
Tomo: Until now, we did a lot of performance (type of video) but its been while since we did something so simple for a music video. That’s what I thought. Personally I really like it.
Ryo: but for me, after we took that (video), the song became more cool for me.
Taka: well its true, we take the video and it appears good is something that will happen.
Ryo: I felt that video is important. The fact that it comes so strongly.
Toru: It matches the song too right?
Ryo: Yeah it really matches. The coolness of it really went up.     That’s what I thought. That was how much the video was good was what I thought.

5:59
[Narration] Next up is about their recording. What was the process of it.

Taka: Well, this time, definitely a lot of time was spent on recording.
We even started and asked to do gashoku (Its kind of like a company ‘stay-over’) this time. We went there twice!
We did Gashoku then went on tour and Gashoku again. From there I think we took around 6 songs? But from there we did all kinds of recordings. At that time we also discovered new things.
Toru: There weren’t much pressure there. We could do something then go to the studio. Well the timing was fixed right, so there weren’t much of a rush.
Tomo: Cuz we can just sleep right there right?
Toru: Yes we could sleep and we could start anytime at Gashoku. There was a studio downstairs too. We could do all this and also there was a ‘only music’ kind of atmosphere. I thought that was great. Then we would watch some live DVDs.
Ryo: Ahh yeah that was great. Those things are great.
Toru: We watched all kinds didn’t we?
Ryo and Toru: Red chilli (RHCP), U2, john mayer,
Toru: We watched quite a lot didn’t we? We were all hyped up together. There isn’t an experience like this right. Add all this together it left a good impression.
Don’t you have anything?
Tomo: For me I think every day Takahiro always made us dinner didn’t he,
Ta: Ahh yes I did
That (the dinner), everyday tasted very nice.
Ta: I was so free that, that was all I could do,.

[The Beginning MV/Narration]  Last year, the one ok rock who released their 6th album jinseixboku=. The song they collaborated with overseas mix engineers. What kind of impressions did they gain from it?

Taka: The biggest would be the fact that we created it ourselves and handing it over to others is kind of hard if we don’t frequently communicate with each other. But the fact that we push for that was a growing point for the band.
Toru: this time round, the timing for the engineer to build the song was really good.
Ryo: that timing right?
Toru: yea.
Toru: Though at the first part, there was a bit of trouble, but there were a lot of good points as well. Also, the song felt really good so..
I’m also became excited to what we can do in the future. There would be a lot of learning point as well.
Ryo: everything’s about ‘challenge’
Taka: well cuz if don’t do it we wont know right.
Ryo: Well mori-chan always said “if we don’t do it we will never know” and that was how we decided to do all this.
Ryo: I felt that, that time we decided the decision at the gashouku was really good
Tomo: Cuz we really thought about it yea…
Ryo: I’ve never thought about something so much, cuz we really thought about it
Taka: I think right, cuz its something that we made ourselves, we don’t want it to be messed up is a thinking cuz we are human beings. But I think the most important is what comes after that. Are we able to go beyond that depends on whether we are strong or not. But I feel that we should attempt everything. That’s why, while I think like this, toru was the one who said ‘hold up, we should think about this properly’. Because we have these two type of thinkings, we debated a lot about it but I think that the fact we debated so much about it means it was a very big thing.
Ryo: yeah, thats true.
That’s why if toru said “lets do it” normally, then I said ‘yes’ just like that without even thinking again. But when toru said “what if we did this…” and that’s why I thought about it more.
Tomo: cuz both are talking about the right things right?
Ryo: yea
Tomo: Cuz both their thinking were understandable so we thought a lot. But after much thinking, our conclusion was ‘let’s attempt it’ and hence we got them to do ‘deeper deeper’ first. After that, I thought that it was alright to continue doing it.
