The album is fucking fantastic…you can definately hear the western influence in the music but i think its fuckin awesome..
Honestly i had a hard time picking out which song was my fave but no doubt, smiling down is one of my most fave.
The album version of nothing helps is awesome cuz the sound was dropped as compared to the one on the single, making it sound more impactful with just the first few guitar chords.
69 was an interesting song to hear cuz its like taka talking about himself, his feelings and the drums at the chorus kinda makes me wonder if tomoya’s arms are tired after playing the song..the epic sounds..
onion reminded me of red hot chili peppers’ song (no connection with the interview) but the beat, the melody of it just reminded me of them and i love it cuz its rare to hear such songs these days.
the guitar on the 1st track/intro song is loved.
Ok i’ve basically finished spazzing over the awesome CD. Do listen to it if ya haven’t its very VERY different from their past albums..their improving for the better (Y) Love them. Peace.
