taka: that was one ok rock with be the light. This month’s sound creator is hosted by one ok rock. Here we would like to go this corner called “music shuffle file”.
[everyone starts screaming and making weird noises hee]
Taka: we did this the last time also didn’t we
Ryota: it was pretty interesting.
Taka: well we place our favorite songs into this software and have it shuffled and introduce the song we shuffled. Well today we felt that we should split this corner.
So first, I would like to go.
Ryota: lets go!
Taka: ok then shuffle start!
Ryota: what song came out?!
[everyone starts laughing]
Taka: ah….i was thinking ‘its gonna come its so gonna come’ and it really came..eh the song that came out from this music shuffle is taylor swift’s ‘I knew you were trouble’.
Don’t really know who’s voice but it was scary: taylor-chan taylor chan~~~
Taka: she’s recently very popular
Ryota: yeah very popular.
Taka: to me personally, I think she’s like the 2nd avril (lavigne)
Toru: NO NO no this is different.
Taka: ahh so its different.
Ryota: ahh no just the other time, we were watching her (sing) at toru’s house,
Taka: ahh toru’s avril feels are all out now
Toru: it’s a lie!
Ryota: shes a bit differeny
Taka: ahh really. How different are they
Toru: her songs are good but taylor swift is more pretty/clean (kirei)
Taka: ah in that way? We’re talking about those type of difference?
Toru: yeah.
Taka: then aren’t you comparing via their visuals?
Toru: because for songs, I like both of them
Taka: ahh yeah, cuz its cool right?
Toru: yeah their cool.
Taka: so comparing the visuals their different.
Toru: I think I’ll choose avril.
Taka: well of course right! You didn’t have to say it all with such a serious face. I know!
Ryota: ahh but she’s really tall right
Toru: yea she’s tall
Taka: she’s tall and big. I think in America there wasn’t such type of singers. A girl whos skinny and looks like a model that plays a guitar and sing. There wasn’t. so maybe because that was fresh and new, people like that. Which is why I think shes popular now.
Toru: well she’s also got a country-side feel of her
Taka: ya at first she debuted as a country artist but now she’s in a completely different genre. Now, this song I shuffled and am about to play, theres not even a hint of ‘country’ in it.
[everyone laughs]
Taka: seriously its more of R&B , even if you put in a rap it won’t sound weird kind of song. Well, I hope you guys would listen to it, the song is taylor swift’s ‘I knew you were trouble’.

Taka: and that was taylor swift’s I knew you were trouble. This song I like the part of how the song starts off as a pop then after the verse the sound drops a minor, to me it’s a nice song.
Toru: ah so you like that.
Taka: like in a band it starts off with a bright melody with an 8 beat then with one beat it drops, there are songs like that right.
[everyone’s suddenly very quiet]
Taka: You don’t get it?
[everyone talks all at once and taka explains how the sound goes, and everyone seems to get it]
Taka: I kinda like those kind of sounds. In a song overall. Even though its not a band there are other song that can have these types of sound as well.
Taka: okay next! Tomoya-san!
Tomoya: hai! Its my turn!!
Taka: please shuffle
Tomoya: ok should I go..i should do it!
Taka: lets do this.
Tomoya: shuffle start
[shuffle]
Taka: what is it?
Tomoya: it has came. The killers’ human!
[everyone: ohhh I see]
Tomoya: I really love the killers!
Taka: the killers are good
Tomoya: I really like it! How can I say this, its like the world shines
Taka: that’s why their ‘the killers?”
[Here is the point to this joke. Tomoya said “sekai kann ga kira kira shite” kira kira means shiny but in japan they tend to pronounce ‘L’ as ‘R’ so taka meant that because they ‘shine (kira kira)’ or can be hears as ‘kiLa kiLa’ they are called the killers]
(someone laughs)
Taka: only one person gets the joke.
Ryota: but you really like the killers right
Toru: tomoya what do you like?
Tomoya: eh? Well first things first, I really like this song so can we listen to it?
Toru: well then lets listen to it.
Taka: should we listen to it? Ok we should. Please introduce the song
Tomoya: ok please listen to it, the killers with ‘human’
[Plays ‘Human’ by The Killers]
<Tomoya starts singing along, you can hear how everyone in the background are trying hard to contain their laughters>
Taka: and that was the killers with ‘human’
<tomoya sings louder>
Toru: your too into it!
Tomoya: the song’s really cool
Taka: yeah its really cool. Well written too
Tomoya: the music video for the live also is really cool. Even the audience, of course they played at a huge venue, everyone was singing to the song. Everyone sang to every song and that was really cool.
Taka: and with that that was the first half of music shuffle!
